How do I cancel my subscription?

This article guides you through the process of canceling your subscription. The subscription needs to be canceled before the subscription renewal date. 

1. Go to this site: https://www.epicshops.com/account/
2. Click on the Manage your billing account button and put in the email address you’ve used to sign up. Hit the Continue button.
3. Enter the One Time Password sent to your email and hit the Login button.
4. Once logged in, click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Next, click the Cancel Subscription.
6. Lastly, hit the Confirm Cancellation button.
