Can I create an image pop card? #
Yes, you can! First, click the Add New button and then choose the Quick Message pop card. Once done, you can then click the Image or Text with Image option. Please note that under the Design page is where you can upload the image.
Can I choose which page the pop card will show up on? #
Yes! Once you’ve created a pop card, you can then go to the Settings page. And then choose which page you wish to show your pop card on the Pop Card Displayed drop-down list.
What does the Behavior setting do? #
This is where you can choose the people who can see the pop cards and set the time and frequency of display.
Can I place my popCards anywhere? #
Yes, you can! Just go to the Placement section and then choose the placement (Across the Top, Top Left, Center, etc..) you wish the popCard shows up.
