We work with a lot of small businesses at the SOU Small Business Development Center, and now with the SOU PIER Project for Jackson County, and have the ability to judge what makes a company successful or not. The EPIC Team has proven themselves to be professional, responsive and truly interested in the product and client experience. I have a tendency to rate companies on a 2 - 4 basis on a 1 - 5 scale. Not with EPIC, they are absolutely great at what they do best, taking care of their clients needs. The EPIC Team gets a 5, only because that is the top of the scale. They merit extra credit also!

Building a website sounded like your personal nightmare to me. I started at absolute zero, no clue, no time to figure it out and they basically saved my life. They answered every random question I threw at them (even the ones that started with “this might be a stupid question but…”), and explained everything without making it complicated. Honestly, it felt more like working with friends who actually knew what they were doing, instead of some big scary tech company. They never left me waiting for a response. They were super professional, but also just really cool humans. My website turned out amazing, and I’m honestly still a little shocked at how easy they made it feel. Highly recommend. 12/10.

EPIC was great for a new, revamped skin on our existing BigCommerce website following an acquisition and subsequent rebranding. Brandon, Liza, Moses and the entire support team were great from start to finish! Would def use again. Like with all technical asks and projects there are unforeseen obstacles and forks in the road, and what I liked most about the EPIC project manager, design and support staff was their responsiveness, problem solving, communication, and ultimately follow-through. They are reasonably priced, extremely professional, and engaged at all levels. Thanks again!

I had questions after purchasing one of their themes and, I must say, I was absolutely impressed by their customer service. They took the time to look into the matter and provide suggestions. Most theme makers we use do not bother to answer if we have questions. Thank you EPIC team!

I am changing my review because Epic made an effort to show me how to work some of the details in the theme I purchased. Although my initial request was missed, creating some frustration, the company communicated a solution with me and provided the service I required. technology is great when it works, I have optimism that the theme I'm working with will provide the results needed.
