What are the costs of your web apps?

There are no set up costs, but there is a monthly cost based on how many orders you receive each month. Each app has its own monthly price. More details on the app prices can be found below.

There are two of us who manage our epicApps. Is there a way for me to check what changes the other user has made?

Yes. epicApps has a built-in store log where you can see all the changes done to the account.

Am I able to add an additional user to my epicApps?

Yes, you are allowed to add additional users. You can also add and assign a role for each user on your account.

Do I get charged for any support questions I might have?

Can I access the app on a mobile device?

Unfortunately, the app isn’t optimized on mobile just yet. For now, we recommend using a desktop/laptop to access it.

Does the app work outside of the US?

Absolutely! Our app can work in any country so long as you use zip/postal codes.
